First Fleet Recruitment deals with each candidate and client on an individualized and personalized basis, developing long term and ongoing relationships to benefit all parties.

We will not place commercial benefit above the needs of either candidate or client. Our aim is to provide the best possible outcomes in recruitment for both the candidate and the client.

 

First Fleet Recruitment initially started in Australia in 1996 to service specialty needs of clients and candidates within the Healthcare industry. Since this time we have continued to evolve and grow to serve a world wide cliental.

The Brisbane Head office is operated under the personal attention of Mr Mark Costello, joint founder and Operations Manager.


Traveling the world and expanding ones career has been part of his family's heritage for generations, with Marks ancestors being amongst the first fleet of free settlers to travel to Australia in the Early 1800's.
